There are a couple of factors that are fundamental to success. One factor is constancy – the practice of continuing to show up and having the best attitude you can muster.
Some days, its easy, you’re energized, the universe is aligned with you, the coffee was perfect, and your commute was quick. Other days, it seems impossible just to get out of bed. It’s freezing out, you have a headache, there’s a meeting you don’t want to attend, and you dislike nearly everyone around you.
Those are the days where the practice of constancy – showing up anyways, faking things, doing the work with as much grace as possible makes the difference.
Over time, that’s what separates the winners from the losers.
